ABOUT US

The Show Low Youth Recreation and Sports Foundation is a non-profit charitable 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting the youth in the Show Low, Linden, Pinedale, Clay Springs and Vernon areas of Arizona's White Mountains. The foundation is administered and run by volunteers with no paid staff.

Each year, the Foundation hosts two major events that raise monies for local youth programs that are underfunded or not funded at all. The events include an annual banquet held in August at the Hon-Dah Conference Center and an annual golf tournament held in September at the Torreon Golf Club.

Benefactors include D.A.R.E., AYSO, PTSO, SADD, Little League, Special Olympics, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Mountain Christian School, Show Low Youth Football, Junior Leadership Academy, Sequoia Village School, Whipple Ranch Elementary, Nikolaus Homestead Elementary and Linden Elementary as well as many Show Low Unified School District programs such as Baseball, Basketball, Football, Volleyball, Soccer, Track & Field, Wrestling, Cheer, FBLA, Senior Grad Night, Music, Spanish Club and Fishing Club. Additionally, the Foundation has awarded over 100 scholarships to high school seniors.

With your help and support, the Show Low Youth Recreation and Sports Foundation will continue to expand and enrich the lives of youth in our community.

Formed in 2003, the Foundation has contributed over $1,600,000 to local youth organizations.  Benefactors include D.A.R.E., AYSO, SADD, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Junior Leadership Academy, Show Low Unified School District schools and programs
